Happy MPS New Year, that is.  It’s September 1st and that means it’s the beginning of a new year for us.  It also means today marks the beginning of our membership drive!  If you’re a member, it’s time to renew.  If you’re not a member, wouldn’t you like to be?  Metropolitan Patchwork Society supports quilters through education, inspiration, and fellowship.  And that’s not just a clever tag-line.  We really do that! Our 2023 Silent Auction is in the books and we are deeming it a success!  Over 100 quilters came ready to bid with the intention of taking home something they loved.  And with over 190 items from which to choose, they had no trouble finding something just for them.  From set-up to bidding to closing to checkout, everything ran like a well-oiled machine. This auction item was handmade by one of our member’s father-in-law.  Unfortunately for her, she had to leave it behind when she relocated to another city.  But fortunately for you, it will be up for bid at our annual MPS Silent Auction.
