“Sunshine Hearts” I joined a wall hanging sew along group on Facebook in 2021. The group was organized by a pattern designer and I am unable to find her name or the name of her business or the pattern name of this quilt.
The sew along was a year long and each month a new pattern came out. The only quilt I made was the February heart quilt in a very unique color palette. Quilted by Susan Ainsworth Smith. Sunshine Hearts

“Grandmother’s Flower Garden” This is nearly all hand pieced by EPP. It’s also hand quilted. Every flower features a pansy print.

What to do with some odd, ugly flower layer cake fabric? Cut it up! Used a disappearing nine patch : cut the layer cake into charm size, sew nine patch, cut, sewed again, cut again. The ugly fabric became cute, 4 1/4″ blocks! Quilt will be donated to Hopewell House.

“Autumn Colors” Fall is my favorite season and Fall colors are my favorite palette. Saw this fabric and imagined a quilt for my husband’s chair. Sewed strips of the jelly roll pieces together and then cut diamonds using Krista Moser’s Large Diamond Ruler. Added 1/4 inch border and six inch border. Nice addition to Fall quilts.

“Heart Mug Rug” I made this quilt for a dear friend whose husband just came home from the hospital and is now on hospice. As she has her cup of tea, I hope it will help her to know I am with her and sending lots of love.

“Scrappy Coasters” These coasters were made as a gift for a member of a small quilt group, for our Christmas party.

“Walk in the Park” This was my first jelly roll quilt to do. I purchased it at the auction. I wanted something simple and easy to do. My goal was to use all of the jelly roll fabric and I did it!

“Falling Into Autumn” I’m a pattern tester for Kristy Lea at Quiet Play Designs and this pattern ‘Falling Into Autumn’ was completed at the end of September. It has just been released for the Autumn season, and can be found at: quietplaydesigns.com

“Degrees of Truth” This is my first flannel quilt. I bought the kit in 2022 from the Stitchin’ Post. To prevent the squares from raveling, I zig zagged all the edges before sewing the pieces together.

“Charlotte’s Web” I saw this cute spiderweb and wanted one in my Halloween quilt collection. I have not mastered the Quick Curve Ruler. I changed inserting the arcs to adding them by applique. Finished in 2022 and added the label in 2025.

Made for my first Great-Granddaughter, Ellie.

First

A neighbor took Teresa (then 12 or 13) under her crafting wing and taught her how to make her first quilt. This was hand-pieced and hand-quilted and still lives with Teresa.

Favorite

Diverting from a small group row-by-row challenge, Teresa asked her group to create strip sets for her. She then cut them up and put them back together to create this beautiful quilt.

Last

Teresa was given this kit by a new neighbor that finally admitted to herself that she has more projects than she can finish in her lifetime. Teresa made this Jacqueline de Jonge quilt and added her own twist on the pattern by adding 1/4″ borders in white to draw the eye outward.Teresa Last
