“Bunny Tales” 20 years ago I was enamored with the Beatrix Potter line by Quilting Treasures – Cranston. I had purchased yards of it and made dozens of baby quilts with it. Excited to see Riley Blake recent release of Peter Rabbit! Needed two quilts quickly for neighbor’s new grandchildren. Because of fractured arm, did simple piecing and used a walking foot to quilt!

“Road to Ireland” I made this quilt for my mother on her birthday 2001. That’s why it has so many broken threads and a frayed binding. These were my mom’s favorite colors.

“Road to Ireland” For my second road to Ireland I collected all the clover fabric I could find and made this quilt for me in 2016.

“Route 66” My friend bought me the panel and told me that she and I could figure out how to do the blocks. I thought not a chance! And I called Deb Messina and had her assist me in finding this pattern.

“Scrappy Gumdrops” The colorful fabrics in this quilt were the leftovers from the diamonds cut from the first quilt I made with the original kit I purchased. I added the light gray fabric to complete it. I put flannel on the back. I free motion quilted it myself.

“Nova Star” This is another “recued” quilts. A friend had cut out all of the pieces and then became overwhelmed by the task of deciding which fabrics to use in each block. She asked me if I’d be willing to finish the quilt and, of course, I said yes. I will be passing this onto CARES.

“Camille’s Color Wheel” This quilt started in 2017 when I hand dyed a 24 step fat quarter color wheel. Quilt top was pieced over 3-4 days in January 2018 and I don’t remember what year it was quilted. At the Friday Friends Zoom gathering on Friday 2/27, Linda G shared her resource for mitered facing and I followed the instructions on Krista Moser’s blog for the same. Finished 3/1/26.

“Quilting With Mama” is a panel, with printed coordinates. Most is the panel with only the small flower red background as sashing. No other piecing. Quilted by Laurie Hopper.

My youngest daughter requested a little girl baby quilt for a friend. The baby forest animals are perfect for this project.

Another friend’s daughter is having a baby. So she gets this colorful quilt.

“Rainbow Hearts” Using 2 1/2” squares, made a nine patch, put on point with the one white square at the top. Used the Pinterest image as guide for pattern and color placement. FMQ hearts with in the hearts. Did channel waves on sashing strips. Background fabric from MPS silent auction. Brightly colored pool balls worked well with the brightly colored hearts.

“Pink Cuddles” I had received long panels of pink and purple and red raspberry flannels. I had fun adding 2 1/2” squares from my stash to make HST on the corners of 4 1/2” squares. The panels were pieced together to make a soft backing. I was able to complete the second half of piecing, add the borders, sandwich and FMQ all during our Winter Blues Gathering this weekend. The blues became hot pink!
