It’s a little dreary today. The events of the world are still pretty unsettling. How about a little respite?
This video of the 2019 Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show comes to us from the Quilt Roadies. Anna Bates and her husband, G, created a YouTube channel to document their travels in their RV. And Anna is also a quilter from Central Oregon with a wonderful blog called Woolie Mammoth. I’ll put links to both the YouTube channel and the blog below this video.
For those of you that were able to attend last year, this can be a trip down Memory Lane. For the rest of us, this can be our momentary escape. The video is almost 26 minutes long. Anna spends a good amount of time in the Teachers’ Tent, and I was able to spot the works of at least two teachers who have led workshops for our guild. Maybe you’ll find more. So grab your favorite video-watching beverage and settle in for some good old-fashioned quilt viewing.
Here’s a link to Part Two of the 2019 show. (See if you can spot an MPS member at the 55-second (0:55) mark of the video.)

Thanks, Dianne! Fun to see the quilts. Always love the Teachers Tent and the special exhibits. Many fabulous quilts are shared from around the world.
Thanks, Dianne – I am sure it wasn’t as great as being there is person but it sure beats the heat, crowds and bathroom lines.
Nancy Watts! Smiling as always.
